The FIR registered at Dindori police station underneath varied sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), together with selling enmity between totally different teams, has been despatched to Parliament Home police station in Delhi for motion, he mentioned.
A case was registered towards Chowdhury underneath IPC sections 153 (A) (1) (selling enmity between totally different teams) and 505 (assertion conducing to public mischief) on the criticism of former MP minister Om Prakash Dhurve, mentioned Inspector CK Sirame of Dindori Kotwali police station. “The FIR has been transferred to Delhi Police by Dindori Superintendent of Police Sanjay Singh for perusal and investigation,” he added.
