Forward of Independence Day, the Punjab Police on Sunday claimed to have busted a Pakistan ISI-backed terror module and arrested 4 individuals.
Three hand grenades, one IED (improvised explosive machine), two pistols and 40 cartridges had been recovered, it added.
The operation was carried out collectively by the Punjab Police and the Delhi Police.

Tight safety preparations have been made throughout Punjab forward of Independence Day.
