One witness claimed that 5 individuals barged into his home on Tuesday and threatened him towards testifying in courtroom
Two contemporary FIRs have been registered towards senior Samajwadi Celebration chief Mohd Azam Khan for allegedly threatening two witnesses in numerous circumstances filed in 2019 which might be being heard in an MP/MLA courtroom in Uttar Pradesh’s Rampur.
One witness claimed that 5 individuals barged into his home on Tuesday and threatened him towards testifying in courtroom.
The opposite witness claimed that Azam’s kinfolk – Abdul Parvez Shamsi, Ishan Mahmood, Moin Pathan and some different males – barged into his home on Tuesday evening and threatened him towards recording his assertion.
After the FIRs have been registered, the primary complainant was taken to the courtroom and his ‘partial assertion’ has been recorded.
Extra Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sansar Singh informed reporters, “We've registered two FIRs towards Azam Khan and others below sections 147 (rioting), 195a (threatening any particular person to provide false proof), 506 (legal intimidation), 120b (legal conspiracy) of IPC.”
