In response to the viral video, the accused allegedly masturbated within the DTC bus on Tuesday, and when the woman raised an alarm, the marshal Sandeep Chakara posted within the bus caught maintain of him.
After being caught, the accused was seen crying within the video, which has gone viral on social media on Wednesday.
The accused, a resident of Bihar, was handed over to the police, however he was not arrested as no grievance has been lodged but, a senior police officer stated.
After getting the details about the incident on Wednesday, an enquiry was initiated underneath Sub-Inspector Suman of Police Station North Rohini, the officer stated.
The sufferer was contacted to file her assertion or give any grievance on this regard however she refused, police stated.
