NATO Secretary-Normal Jens Stoltenberg mentioned on Thursday it might be harmful to underestimate Russia and President Vladimir Putin's ambitions amid the conflict in Ukraine.

"They've proven an excellent willingness to tolerate losses and struggling," Stoltenberg instructed a enterprise convention in Norway.
