New Delhi:
The "mashaal" or flaming torch election image will stay with Uddhav Thackeray for now, the Supreme Courtroom mentioned as we speak, listening to a petition from the faction that has challenged the Election Fee's order handing the Shiv Sena title and image to the faction led by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
Mr Thackeray had sought establishment until the matter is determined. Kapil Sibal, who was representing him in courtroom, advised a bench led by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud that they need safety. "We need safety. We do not need our properties to be taken over and financial institution accounts taken over".
