An Indian Military chopper at present crashed close to Mandala in Arunachal Pradesh. Two crewmen -- a Lieutenant Colonel and a Main -- are reportedly lacking. The plane misplaced contact with the Air Visitors Controller at 9:15 am, the military stated.

"Military Aviation Cheetah helicopter flying an operational sortie close to Bomdila, Arunachal Pradesh was reported to have misplaced contact with the ATC at round 09:15 AM on 16 March 23.

It's reported to have crashed close to Mandala, West of Bomdila. Search events have been launched," the military stated.
