Commerce and Trade Minister Piyush Goyal tweeted the video, throwing shade at Mr Gandhi. "Sadly, we're puzzled…" he wrote.

The BJP's Amit Malviya requested if Jairam Ramesh is the "official nanny of Rahul Gandhi."
