Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar on Tuesday mentioned that the training system within the state was answerable for large-scale migration of scholars to different components of the nation searching for higher avenues.
He was talking on the Senate assembly of the Jai Prakash College (Chapra). The Governor, in his capability has Chancellor, has revived the outdated custom of chairing the Senate assembly to get a primary hand of the bottom realities.

Former Patna College head, division of economics, NK Choudhary mentioned that it was a welcome transfer, because the message has reached loud and clear with the primary constructive intent of the Governor. “Larger training wants some robust measures and the Governor has proven that he won't hesitate to take them,” he added .
