 A 42-year-old lecturer at GS School of Commerce in Nagpur allegedly dedicated suicide at his residence and left behind a 14-page observe wherein he has purportedly claimed harassment by some members of the educating college, police stated on Monday.

In accordance with the police, Gajanan Janraoji Karade, a resident of Narendra Nagar, was a Hindi lecturer and had been educating college students of Lessons 11 and 12 for the previous 12 years.

He hanged himself utilizing a saree tied to a ceiling fan at his residence on Sunday night when his spouse was away in Amravati, they stated.

An official of the Beltarodi police station confirmed the diary containing Karade's writings had been handed over to the police by members of the family.

The diary has writings spanning 14 pages and incorporates names of some individuals and different particulars, he stated.
