The highway in entrance of the official residence of Delhi minister Atishi was flooded after two days of heavy rain. Visuals present the water entered the property's entrance space behind the gate.
Atishi, the Public Works Division (PWD) Minister, had been occurring rounds of town to satisfy engineers and examine flooded areas.
"Rain has damaged the report of a long time. Because of such a torrential rain, Ring Street close to ITO is flooded regardless of having a pumping station," Atishi tweeted in Hindi.

A number of residential areas in Delhi had been flooded. Vehicles had been seen submerged at many locations too. Commuters complained of problem in reaching their locations as water gathered on the roads, particularly underneath flyovers.
