Reacting to the event, Congress’ media and publicity division head Pawan Khera claimed that with the GST being introduced underneath the PMLA, the ED shall be free to arrest any dealer.
He stated the Congress has been strongly advocating the necessity to simplify the GST.
“We are going to oppose this anti-trader coverage of the Modi authorities, as this endangers hundreds of thousands of merchants who're on the receiving finish of a sophisticated GST regime," Khera stated in a tweet.
